Your eye test, step by step

It takes about 30 minutes, and nothing in it hurts.

  1. We ask about your eyes

Headaches, screens, driving at night, and whether anyone in your family has diabetes or glaucoma.

  2. You read the chart

One eye at a time, then the red and green test to fine-tune the lenses.

  3. We check the health of your eyes

Eye pressure, and a close look at the front and the back of each eye.

  4. We explain the result

Your prescription in plain words, and whether you need glasses at all.

  5. If you need glasses, you choose your frames

Our optician measures them to fit your face. Most pairs are ready in three working days.

Lakeview Eye Care doesn't exist. The booking system behind it does, and it can work the same way for your clinic.

  1. A patient books online, or reception adds the appointment to the clinic's sheet.
  2. At 9:00 the day before, the patient gets a WhatsApp message from your clinic's number, with Confirm and Reschedule buttons.
  3. One tap updates the sheet by itself. Reception only phones the few who asked to reschedule or didn't answer.
  4. Every morning you get one message: how many are due, how many confirmed, and whether anything needs attention.

Book above with your own number and you'll see it on your phone the day before.

Whose number sends the reminders?

Your clinic's own WhatsApp number, under your clinic's name. Patients see you, not us.

What about patients without WhatsApp?

They can't tap Confirm, so they show as "no answer" in your morning message, and reception phones them as usual.

How long does it take to go live?

Usually one to two weeks: a setup visit, approval of your message wording, a few days of testing with your staff, then half an hour of training for your receptionist.

What does it cost?

It depends on whether you want the website, the reminders or both. Chat with us and we'll tell you.
